Frequently asked questions

Each training event is scheduled for a two-hour period; including a Q&A session. However, due to the variability of Q&As and other unique factors (e.g. number of participants), sessions may run longer.

Training is provided live through WebEx, using interactive Adobe Presenter.

More than one individual may share training using the same screen. However, the participant which signs up will be the individual receiving the *Training Certificate.

The budgeting allocation module is transmitted immediately upon purchase electronically.  You will receive the link to download on the receipt-screen, as well as by email.

Participants will provide three calendar dates and time of availability upon completion of their purchase.  The first time and date is given priority.
