Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:   Fees will be refunded, less a $20.00 processing fee, if cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the event.  Requests must be received in writing no later than August 18, 2019. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

PAYMENT METHOD 

All major credit cards are accepted.  Checks will be processed as a check draft and must be made payable to “The BSA Group” Registration confirmation/receipt and further information will be emailed to the address provided during registration.

Registrations with multiple participants, please email the name of each participant and reference your order number and/or name of the organization.
