We aim to provide our clients with a thorough suite of solutions for Head Start and EHS programs. The National Centers notwithstanding, some regional T/TA networks are not effective at providing the depth of subject-matter expertise required by today's quality-seeking grantee. Not meant to critique or disparage the networks, however, due to a system of officialdom and economies of scale, most are not equipped with the capacity to provide a high level of efficacy to grantees requiring a “true partnership” with their subject-matter experts.
